Does anyone know of a good source that documents the claim that non-Christians have received the gospel message in dreams or visions (outside of people bringing it to them)?
Thank you.

If I remember correctly, I Dared to Call Him Father is the story of a Muslim woman meeting Christ via dreams.
Anecdote: my congregation supports a worker who frequents north Africa. This worker was sought (!) by a man who said he had dreams of a man dressed in white saying to him, "You must find the gospel." The seeker had not yet found the gospel. After meeting the worker, he did, and received it with joy!
Doug,
I know that you did not mean it this way but I just could not resist reminding people of the visions of Joseph Smith Jr and the "restored gopsel" he obtained.
I meant the real gospel, of course!
Email J.P Moreland - I heard him on Stand to Reason with Greg Koukl talk for about an hour about this very issue. He has tons of amazing stories and documentation that he cited.
This website offers several examples of God revealing himself to Muslims through dreams. Clearly some of these Muslims were already aware of the Bible or of Christianity's truth claims, but the dreams apparently were decisive factors in their conversions.
Given how the Bible describes God's fondness for reaching people through dreams, I would not want to rule out such divine interventions today.
