The media has gone ape over a fossil find that supposedly confirms the evolution of humans from lower life forms. Of course, it does no such thing, but old bones make for good propaganda. For the details read the ARN blog post.

Again...the basic mistake (read "leap in logic") in classic evolutionary thinking: similarity is not sameness.
Paul - similarly - my first car, a 64' Pontiac Catalina, was similar to my 2005 Honda Accord - both have four wheels, an engine, 4 doors, 4 tires etc. But, one did not physically evolve from the other, but did have the same source of creation (a human).
