Groothuis on Amazon.com

Amazon has listed my next book, Christian Apologetics, with a release date of September 6, 2011. Hope it will be out a few weeks before that.

Wow, it lists the book at 720 pages? That's a lot of material. I'm quite looking forward to it. What feature of this text do you think most distinguishes it from other apologetics books out there?

Stacy: It includes a lot of arguments that other works lack, such as:

1. Pascal's anthropological argument and wager.
2. Intelligent design and its relationship to apologetics.
3. Religious pluralism.
4. A defense of natural theology against in-principle objections to it.
5. A robust defense of the ontological argument.
6. A chapter refuting distortions of Christianity that keep people from taking it seriously.
7. A defense of objective truth and its importance.

This sounds great. I'm very much looking forward to your defenses of the Pascalian and ontological arguments. I've put this book on my Amazon wish list. Thanks for your diligent work in apologetics.
