- Nothing on this blog represents the position of Denver Seminary. I am a Christian, philosopher, teacher, writer, and preacher, who is Professor of Philosophy at Denver Seminary. My most recent of my twelve books is Philosophy in Seven Sentences. My magnum opus is Christian Apologetics: A Comprehensive Case for Biblical Faith (InterVarsity Press, 2011). By "pro-abortion" do you mean pro-choice? Or does Obama just want to kill all the babies?
He wants no legal restrictions on abortions; he wants tax money to pay for abortions. That is pro-abortion in my book.
Pro-choice actually hides the real issue: killing millions of unborn humans over the years.
Obama is not even pro-life in his own family. He said that if one of his daughters "made a mistake" he would not want her to be "punished with a child." There are his exact words.
When you learn ethics from Jeremiah Wright, you are in big trouble.
Obama is against banning partial birth abortions. See my post of a few days ago.
Thank you for continuing to post about this. I'm sure the negative feedback must grow tedious after a while.
Don't get me wrong I'm very pro-life. I just think to use the term pro-abortion implies a desire to abort all new lives. I could be wrong but I don't think that's Oboma's stance on the issue. I disagree with Oboma on much more than the issues of life, and am not defending him in any way. I simply don't think the term Pro-abortion makes any sense unless one's goal is population control.
I'm sure Obama supports population control as well. He is textbook leftist.
