My brother owns one of those black-T-shirts-with-white-writing-on-the-front, which says:

This sentence is false.
Think what? I 'think' you need to qualify this imperative. Eve 'thought' the forbidden tree was desirable for making one wise. According to Paul, God gave mankind over to a depraved mind. Someone did some major thinking in 'Kritik der reinen Vernunft'. Apple wanted me to 'Think different', a commercial message I happily succumbed to...
Unless this is something you're saying to yourself after returning to your office: "What a mess! ... Just think." I could understand that.
This reminds me of one of Russell's bon mots: "Most people would sooner die than think. In fact, they do."
Yossman's question is worthy of discussion. But we cannot even get the discussion off the ground unless people are willing to think -- and to think to some purpose.
Ponder. Thinking is too easy.
Meditate, perhaps?
Conundrumize.
