Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has spoken out truly and courageously about an atrocious strong arm tactic used by Obama to try to silence critics of his socialized health care. McConnell said in his speech:
The federal government has now told all companies that provide Medicare Advantage to seniors to stop communicating with their clients about the effects of that legislation — even telling them what they can and cannot post on their websites. This gag order, enforced through an agency of the federal government at the request of a Senator, is wrong.

It is fascinationg, in a macabre kind of way, to watch as the left builds the Peoples Republic USA.
I just pray more like Sen. McConnell "evolve" enough spine to help him stop this onslaught.
I fail to see how McConnell's speech is "courageous." There are many things a politician could do courageously, though few ever do them.
It would be courageous of McConnell to speak out against Medicare, but this just doesn't strike me as a courageous move, though it is an appropriate one.
