Audio and Video of "Jesus and Buddha" Now Available

The audio and (gasp!) video of my recent talk at The University of Colorado-Boulder called, "Jesus and Buddha: Similarities and Differences," is now available, thanks to Reformed Baptist Church of Northern Colorado. If you'd like an outline for the talk, please let me know. If you want to post it on YouTube, feel free (if you can do it)!

After downloading the mp4 file it was great to see in person, but the movie left you (almost) speechless, i.e. the sound quality was really bad. The streaming version provides a slightly better sound. Both you and Sermon Audio are right: 'Faith cometh by hearing'.

Oh well. I guess the technology is getting back at me, again. But the audio is far more important than seeing a portly philosopher gesticulate.

It's an easy fix: use the video with the audio from the streaming version.

Having never seen you until now, I'm astonished at the similarity in our appearance. I recently lost 40 lbs of my portliness (you're really not that portly) and I used to comb my hair that way back in high school.

The issue with the mic resonates with me. I run sound for my Sunday school class and we rig our instructor with two devices: a "wireless" mic for amplification and digital recorder for audio distribution of his lessons. He comments often (humorously) on the tangle of wires that wireless technology burdens him with.

I can't see a link for audio of the Jesus and Buddha talk at www.sermonaudio.com

All I can see is the large video file.

Can you tell me where I can get the audio, please?

Sounds intriguing.
